About
The 2026 Evidence Summer Workshop will be held at Vanderbilt Law School in Nashville on May 4-5, 2026. The Workshop is sponsored by Vanderbilt Law School’s Branstetter Litigation and Dispute Resolution Program. We welcome submissions from faculty members at all stages of their careers as well as those planning to be on the academic job market. In addition, all evidence scholars, whether presenting or not, are welcome to register and attend.
Accomodations
ESW includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for registrants. Participants are responsible for their own housing and travel costs. Vanderbilt is centrally located in Nashville’s Midtown area, and a block of rooms will be reserved at the Kimpton Aertson for ESW participants (details provided to registrants). Other hotels include the Loews Vanderbilt, the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt, the Hilton Homewood Suites, and the Hutton.
